Returns & Exchanges

Shipping:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders are shipped with DHL and are normally delivered within 3-5 business days. Kindly note that delivery times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.  

We charge a flat rate of USD 50 to North America and Mexico, USD 60 to Qatar and USD 30 to the rest of the world, and this is excluding local customs and duty charges. Please note that VAT, customs and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your your local authority for more details.

 

Returns & Exchanges: 

Bambah prides itself in offering authentic, one-of-a kind pieces made with the purest and finest of quality materials and unique custom designs. The wavy and non-uniform effect that may be found in the fabric is due to its hand crafted particular finish and is considered as a peculiarity and not a fault

We hope you love your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on sales@bambah.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once you have received your RAN, you must ship the item(s) back to us within fourteen (14) days in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If we do not receive the returned item(s) within 14 days of issuing your Return Authorization Number, we will not be able to process a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that all items returned for exchanges must be unused, unworn and in their original re-salable condition with all tags intact. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Bambah will not accept returns with any signs of wear. 

Any items purchased during the sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
